How soon will my product arrive?
Our products can get to you in 3-4 weeks. Our goal is to make sure the appropriate time is taken to construct your bed and also to send it to you as quickly as possible.
What locations do you deliver to?
We deliver to the 49 inland states of America.
What is your return policy?
Not satisfied with your product? We offer a 30-day return policy. Please contact us to request a return label.
How do refunds work?
If you’ve gotten a return label from us and shipped the bed back, a refund will be given to you once we have received the returned product.
Why is are the shipping costs higher with a headboard?
Headboards must be shipped fully assembled in their own separate box. The headboards weigh a minimum of 34 lbs and require a large padded box. While we’d love to cut costs for you by shipping the headboard in pieces for you, we can provide you with a more quality product if the headboard remains in one piece.
Is there a warranty available?
Have a defect with your product? We want to stand by our guarantee of an excellent product. If we have not given you a quality bed, please reach out to us within the first 3 months of your product being delivered.
How long does it take to assemble a bed?
Assembly is quick and easy. You’ll have your bed up in 10 minutes or less.
Are your beds heavy?
Each box that will be shipped to your door will weigh between 32 lbs to 52 lbs and you’ll never receive more than 4 boxes per bed. Our beds are made of solid hardwood, but we’ve built and shipped the pieces in a way that they are easy to lift and assemble.
What are your bed sizes?
Each bed stands 15” off the ground and has an optional 46” headboard. Please refer to our size chart for each of the size dimensions.
